Most wash-and-fold orders are ready the next day; same-day is available for in-store drop-off when you need it even faster. If your pickup includes dry cleaning, expect a 2–4 day turnaround. We coordinate the whole process—from door pickup to doorstep delivery—so timing is predictable and you know exactly when to expect your order back.

Simple Scheduling & Local Support
Scheduling is quick online. If you prefer to talk to someone, our Charlotte lines—(704) 910-0347 (E Independence Blvd) and (704) 496-9119 (Monroe Rd)—and our inbox at info@laundryunlimited.net are available daily. Store hours are 8:00 AM–9:00 PM, seven days a week, and pickup/delivery routes run throughout Charlotte Metro and the Triad so you can choose windows that fit your day.
Wash & Fold Service (Drop-Off)
Short on time but nearby? Drop off at any Laundry Unlimited location and we’ll wash, dry, and fold for you with premium detergents and modern equipment. Standard turnaround is next day, with same-day available in store depending on workload and machine availability.
Self-Service Laundry (In-Store)
Prefer to do it yourself? Our laundromats in Charlotte, Greensboro, and Winston-Salem feature high-performance Speed Queen® Quantum Touch washers and dryers, easy payment options (mobile app, kiosks for cards and cash, with coin machines at Charlotte locations), Wi-Fi, multilingual machine interfaces, and on-site supplies.

Clothing: T-shirts, polos, blouses, dress shirts, jeans, slacks, shorts, leggings, skirts, dresses, sweaters, hoodies, light jackets, socks, undergarments, activewear.
Household Linens: bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, bath mats, kitchen towels, tablecloths, napkins.
Bedding: sheets (flat/fitted), pillowcases, duvet covers, lightweight blankets, comforters (standard), mattress pads.
Kid & Baby Items: onesies, sleepers, bibs, burp cloths, small blankets.
Special Care (by request): delicate tops, athleisure with elastics, fragrance-free or gentle-cycle loads.
Add-On via Pickup: dry cleaning (separate bag; $40 minimum; green Laundry Unlimited bag provided after first order).
