Scheduling is simple—choose a pickup window and we do the rest. Most wash-and-fold orders are ready next day; same-day turnaround is available for in-store drop-off when needed. Dry cleaning (if included in your pickup) typically requires 2–4 days and must be bagged separately in our provided green bag after your first order.

Short on time but nearby? Drop off at any Laundry Unlimited location. We sort, wash, dry, and fold with premium products and consistent settings, then package everything ready to put away. Standard turnaround is next day; rush options available based on workload.

Self-Service Laundry

Prefer to do it yourself? Our Charlotte, Greensboro, and Winston-Salem laundromats feature touchscreen, multiple-language machines, easy payment (mobile app, kiosks for card/cash; Charlotte locations also support coins), free wifi, and large-capacity washers and dryers to finish faster.

Service available for residential and commercial customers in Ballantyne West and greater Charlotte. For dry cleaning via pickup and delivery, keep garments separate; $40 minimum applies.

Easy Scheduling: Sign up, sign in, and choose the dates for our driver to pick up and drop off.

Easy Selections: Choose premium gentle and effective premium detergents, softeners, and dryer sheets. We offer a variety at no additional cost.

Customize: Input any special instructions for us, too. We will accommodate to the best of our ability.

Easy Prep: Once you place your order, all you have to do is gather your laundry into a bag and leave it for our driver.

Expert Care: Our driver will come get your laundry and bring it to our team to wash, dry, and fold. Then on your selected return date, our driver will delivery fresh, clean laundry to your door.

Enjoy more free time while we take care of your laundry needs. You don’t have to be home for pickup or delivery, either. Just let us know in your instructions where our driver can find your laundry and where they can leave it upon arrival.
