Most wash & fold orders are ready the next day; that reliable cadence means you can plan around practices, shifts, and weekends without laundry bottlenecks. Choose the cadence you need—one-off cleanups or recurring weekly pickups. For time-sensitive needs, in-store drop-off can qualify for same-day service (based on workload and machine availability).

Items are dried to the right level to reduce shrinkage, then folded for easy put-away. Have preferences? Note them at scheduling—water temps, drying levels, or special care—and we’ll follow them precisely.
Wash & Fold (Drop-Off)
Prefer to swing by? All locations offer quick wash, dry, and fold drop-off. Hand us your bag; we’ll process it with the same premium products and attention to detail used for pickup and delivery. Most orders are ready next day, and if you’re in a hurry, same-day service is available for in-store drop-off when capacity allows.
Self-Service Laundry
If you like to DIY, experience our Speed Queen® Quantum Touch washers and dryers—large capacities, fast cycles, and an intuitive touchscreen (with up to 32 languages available). Pay by mobile app, card, or cash at in-store kiosks; Charlotte-area stores also support coins. Clean, well-lit spaces, helpful associates (English & Spanish), and dependable machines make quick work of family-sized loads.
