Amanda Anderson35 days agoLaundry Unlimited is the best company I have ever used for my laundry they pick it up on time deliver it on time all the clothes are clean and smell spring fresh as a senior citizen 74 years old I do not know how I would make it without this company they are always so understanding and yes sometimes I forget when they're coming but they always send me a text reminding me they are definitely more than a five-star company they are more like a 10-star company anyone wanting laundry done should consider this company it is wonderful

Kelly Moore116 days agoMy dryer developed some issues today and I had 2 loads to dry. What a pleasant surprise this place is. It's super clean. The machines look brand new. The young man who keeps it tidy was so helpful and the prices seem reasonable. They take cash, card or apple pay. It's conveniently located. Highly, highly recommend!

Generio Morgan123 days ago⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 1000/10 I don’t regularly use laundromats, but I had to today and wow… Laundry Unlimited absolutely blew me away. This is hands down the cleanest, most organized laundromat I’ve ever been in. There are washer and dryer options for every size load, and every machine I saw was spotless. One thing I thought was especially helpful was that they have signs on top of the washers showing how many loads each machine can handle. I’ve never seen that at another laundromat, and it makes it incredibly easy to choose the right machine without guessing or wasting money on one that’s too small or too large. The employee working today deserves recognition. She has been constantly cleaning, organizing, helping customers, and staying busy the entire time I’ve been here. Friendly, professional, and clearly takes pride in her work. The convenience is unmatched. You can pay with cash, card, swipe, or scan a QR code with your phone. There are vending machines for snacks, drinks, detergent, and laundry supplies, plus games, free Wi-Fi, TVs, folding stations, and plenty of seating. What impressed me most was how organized everything is. Even their wash-and-fold service area is neatly labeled, folded, and arranged. And somehow it’s still one of the most affordable laundromats I’ve been to. If I had one suggestion, it would be adding air conditioning since the doors are open and it gets a little warm. That said, they have fans running and honestly everything else is so good it’s hard to complain. This place sets the standard for what a laundromat should be. Clean, organized, affordable, and staffed by people who genuinely care. Highly recommend.+7

Antione Mcgriff155 days agoEasily the nicest laundry mat I have ever used. I only use them temporarily when the home machines require service and my expectations have never been high with public laundry mats. Everyone Ive used has had at-least a few machines down, dirty spaces, felt over crowded or maybe had unusable restrooms. This place looks new, has free working wifi, working charging stations, nice bathrooms, a few games, vending and wash/dry machines that ALL work. Doubt this place will ever feel crowded with all the machines preventing any wait times. The dryers are reasonably priced and 45 mins was way over done on loads that easily fill a 30 gallon trash bag when done. Dried a large load of towels in 30 minutes. The GM, Angel is standup and professional. Can park right next to side door for easy loading plus the Supermarket is next door for more options .+8

Sam sung164 days agoThis must be by far the best laundromat in the area! I walked out of there and I forgot I was walking out of a laundromat lol. The place was spotless clean inside, Machines look good and updated. Friendly staff I was greeted by Leah she was excellent if there was an option to give 10 starts I would. Leah was easy to communicate, gave me a breakdown of the prices. Gave me an option to pick up y clothes same day or next. I choose Next day. Next day pick up was smooth, they did a grate job I saw Leah again had my clothes ready for me. Smooth transaction I will visit here again.

John bonilla248 days agoThe washing machines vary in size and price but in my experience we're always clean and operated properly. Dryers are available in different sizes, and have always been clean and in good working order. You can pay with debit card or credit card. The actual space is clean with a few tvs, a children's corner for the kids and some seating. I've always felt safe. Food Lion is right next door so you can shop while your clothes dry. All in all a reasonable Laundromat experience.

This place is SO nice and extremely clean and well-maintained, and the man working there, Angel, was incredibly helpful. It’s easy to pay with a card here (but if you love using quarters, you can do that, too). I did my own wash, but you can get full-service (even same day) if you want. Because my washer is terrible(and it seems like my neighborhood may not be clear for weeks), I will definitely be back. Thanks, Angel!

S B385 days agoI am so pleased with the pick up, delivery, and wash and fold service! It feels like every week is a birthday when I receive my neatly stacked and folded (or hung) family's clothing, sheets, and towels. Being able to choose my detergent and wash temp is important and good for our laundry. Any questions and I've had quick follow-up with a phone call. I'm buying a smaller washer after our kitchen/laundry is renovated because I plan to continue the service.

Jazmyne Smith405 days agoIf you have large items like comforters you know they are usually going to have to be washed at a laundromat which has large capacity washers and dryers. Laundry Unlimited hands down is the best laundromat! New washers and dryers, super clean, very nice waiting area. It's an upscale laundromat. They also offer wash/dry/fold services too and nice friendly helpful attendants. This is definitely the laundromat you want to use!!
Scott M413 days agomy dryer was acting as if it didn’t have just one job, so i had to reach out to wash the dirty draws, haven’t used many public laundry mats in my life- although this is the place i’d go for sure! friendly staff, spacious, very clean, safe. Pascal D495 days agoThey have extra large washer and dryers for your huge comforters. Process are reasonable. The washer and dryers are fast. They have vending machines for both food and laundry supplies. If you prefer to pay in coins, they have a change maker. Alternatively, can download an app, use your card, or tap to pay. They have variety of neatly displayed magazines. They have outlets and plenty of seating if you need to plug in a laptop and get work done. There are plenty of staff onsite keeping the place spotless and answering questions. There bathrooms are very clean and well-stocked. This was much easier than washing clothes in the small stacked washer/dryer at home. If I lived in the area, I would visit regularly.

Smooth transaction I will visit here again.First off want to give a massive THANK YOU to YESSI !!!! Her natural ability to be friendly, helpful, resourceful, kind, practical and sufficiently move quickly to make things happen is to be admired as this takes a special particular individual when working with customers acknowledged by her management team is a must without a doubt. Please keep in mind haven’t gone to a laundry place in years ++++++ didn’t know what to expect or how to operate the machines at all she helped me every step of the way till the end. Place was super clean and organized. Very clean and professional - best in Charlotte!!Yessi gave me the best experience I’ve ever had at a laundromat. As someone who doesn’t normally come to a laundromat I’ll definitely come back.Shayla was an amazing help! So kind and supportiveThis is by far the best laundromat in Charlotte. I went to the location on Monroe road and was impressed with their washing machines and dryers which are brand new. There's a payment center which accepts cash and your card...just a quick reminder to record in your ledger the charges because the payment center doesn't print receipts. Great customer service and the staff particularly Shelia and Adam are awesome.Soy un cliente recurrente siempre me gusta venir a esta tienda porque siempre encuentro todo limpio y las máquinas son excelentes y la atención que dan las muchachas es extremadamente bueno muchas graciasShelia is very pleasant and she keeps the laundromat so cleanGreat Wash Dry Fold Services. Super friendly staff. Clean facilityChristal is tuff tuffI like how they treat customers they helping customer and always clean l love itCleanestest laundromat I've ever been to! Friendly and knowledgeable staff, clean floors and machines, good prices, CLEAN bathroom! Can't thank staff enough for the great job they do.If you have large items like comforters you know they are usually going to have to be washed at a laundromat which has large capacity washers and dryers. Laundry Unlimited hands down is the best laundromat! New washers and dryers, super clean, very nice waiting area. It's an upscale laundromat. They also offer wash/dry/fold services too and nice friendly helpful attendants. This is definitely the laundromat you want to use!!Easily one of the cleanest public restrooms I've ever seen. They accept cash, debit/credit cards, coins. Very friendly staff to assist customers and the place is very clean. Smells good and have FREE WIFI for you to use while waiting on your cloths to CleanUp! Have plenty of tables and chairs for you to rest or wait. No wait time to load your cloths. I recommend it for everyone looking to wash/dry cloths. Very happy! It’s a couple of dollars more than I’d like to spend every week however it’s computerized and I appreciate that using an app it’s pretty seamless. Again you get what you pay for. They have extra large washer and dryers for your huge comforters. If I lived in the area, I would visit regularly.this had to be the first clean laundry mat i’ve been to since living in charlotte, alondra was so helpful even after me being frustrated at first bc i was confused with the app, will be coming back! This was my first time at Laundry Unlimited, I can’t thank Alondra enough for walking me through the process of how payment and washer/ dryer worked. The place is incredibly clean, organized, and easy to use. Thank you Alondra for all your help and for giving me a great experience today! This is the best laundromat in Charlotte!! Alondra is always incredibly helpful and kind. Great place with great service!Servicio exente de parte de la señorita Alondra muchas graciasI love coming to here when Eylin is working. She has a warm and sweet spirit.Just finished doing my laundry; my first time here. Krysta has the place looking spic and span and she was a great help showing me the washers and dryers and explaining how they work. Very, very, very nice and helpful lady! Good customer service is so hard to find these days! I'll be back! 😃I usually dread going to laundry mat but Monroe rd location in Charlotte is so clean and is actually so clean , Krista (not sure if I spelled her name right , my apologies ) is always cleaning and keeping the place so tidy and clean and welcoming and inviting ! Thanks to her I no longer dread knocking the trip off my to do list ! Super sweet and honestly I won’t go to another location and thanks to her I don’t have to buy a comforter I can’t wash at home - I usually don’t leave nice reviews but this young lady deserves a raise and I think is the reason I even continued to visit them !!! The best location to go to because of her !Krysta is amazing never stops working. She is polite and helpful! I keep coming back for her!Krysta is absolutely the best Great personality works very hard very helpful with customers as well as me very polite she has patience and a wonderful Happy feelings to be around her I'm glad she works for this company and she keeps it very nice and clean The only woman I knew that had common sense to put salt down when snow was on the sidewalk entrance of the laundromat she really cares a lot about others and make sure our clothes are wash good and smelling good krysta is absolutely the best she deserves a raise it's hard to find workers like herI am a massage therapist and recently ditched the last laundry mat for filth and poor customer service. I have been trying out different places. I read the reviews to Laundry Unlimited and figured I would try it out . The first thing I appreciated was the automatic sliding doors . No holding the handle pushing in or out trying to get in with a huge bag of laundry . The second thing I noticed was how bright and clean it was . Very clean . There are places to sit with a nice size tvs, and vending machines . The third thing was the service . I was greeted with a smile from Krysta . She explained everything to as far as how to add money the machines (it requires an app) and gave me a quote on the wash and fold service . This place is has large washers and dryers and the energy is very welcoming . I can’t even call this place a laundromat. This is an upscale Washateria . They have officially gained my business . 20 stars .I have a habit of waiting until I have no clean anything in my house until I do laundry and I bring it here to clean it. The space is always sparkling clean which means no ick when I inevitably drop something on the floor. There are always plenty of washers and dryers to go around no matter how many I need to use. Everyone who works here seems to care a lot, but I want to especially shout out Krysta, she was so friendly and kept moving the entire time we were there. It’s also nice that Common Market is next door so you can grab some food while you do laundry. This is hands down the nicest laundromat I’ve ever been in.My friend and I brought it in a ton of laundry to do, and as we were loading machines and waiting, I noticed that the woman working there, Krysta, had not stopped cleaning, organizing and helping customers the whole time. She did not sit, lean, or otherwise slowdown. When I remarked how lucky her employer was to have her, she gave a humble smile. I hope this review helps her, she truly seems committed to the job and should be a very valued employee. Thanks for the absolutely wonderful service Krysta!Clean, easy to use system, washers and dryers are well maintenance. Krysta is awesome.Krysta is doing a wonderful job today, I love her. She is very cooperative and kind. Thank you for highering her+0Krusta was very helpful and helps us a lot she is very kind.Great help , Hospitality and Friendliness by eylin, love it my first time and felt welcomedEylin gracias por tan excelente servicio. Me encantó las instalacionesEylinAmazing customer service @ Laundry Unlimited thank you ~KrystaKrysta is amazing. She is an absolute doll, and truly cares about this store. This venue is spotless. 🥰 10/10!!!!!!!! (Thanks, Krysta!!!!!)I love this laundry mat! This one and the one on independence Blvd are the best in Charlotte. My clothes came out clean and the dryers dry fast. The place is always clean and Krysta is so helpful. If I needed something or had a question she either helped me or showed me. I've never had a problem here or the one on independence Blvd. Keep up the good work guys!+1I used their pick up/delivery service for the first time recently and I had a great experience! My clothes are fresh and I love the quick turn around. Definitely took away the headache of doing my laundry myself. Thank you!Cannot recommend enough. I contacted them on a Friday about getting a rug cleaned. They came the next day, on a Saturday to pick it up AND delivered it to my door clean on Sunday! I don't know any other company that does pick up and delivery on weekends. I had been using 2U Laundry and they stopped cleaning rugs - I am thrilled to have found Laundry Unlimited and they were significantly less expensive.Great experience - dropped my clothes off and Alexis took care of them. Washed, dried, hung up/folded, separated by fabric/color… 10/10 service. Very clean facility! You can either do this all yourself or have them help you out like Alexis did for me. Thank you!+0Why do other Laundromats even bother? This is the only place i'd ever go to do my laundry. The place is always clean and fully stocked with everything I could need. The staff are kind, friendly and attentive, and deal with all issues promptly. Thank you for existing!Very clean, super friendly staff!Very clean and open facility. Multiple washer and dryer size options to cover all your needs. Clean restrooms. Young lady at front desk was friendly and very helpful. Lots of "extra" options on all machines. Only issue was after a full dry cycle, my clothes were not completely dry. It is a bit pricey but being able to do multiple loads at once (in the larger machines) was helpful. In the aftermath of Hurricane Helene, when power and water were out, our associates were in desperate need of clean clothes. Laundry Unlimited went above and beyond to help us. Not only did they provide outstanding laundry services, but they also picked up and delivered the clothes from over an hour and a half away—something few others would do, especially during such a crisis. Their team worked quickly, efficiently, and with great professionalism despite the challenging circumstances. The quality of their work was impeccable, and their willingness to go the extra mile shows their dedication to the community. We couldn't have asked for a better partner in such a difficult time. Thank you, Laundry Unlimited, for being there when we needed you most! It’s cleanIt’s cleanVery clean facilities and machines, super friendly attendants, washers cleaned really well.I like the app because you don’t have to waitCleanest laundromat I’ve seen in a while. I would recommend it to everyone I know!+0Very clean nice attendants very nice and helpful I highly recommend this place to wash ur laundry happy customer here prices not to bad very average and took less then one hr to get my work clothes washedClean machines, an App that manages your machines, detergent and supplies if you forget your own, friendly staff, and The Common Market next door is why we choose this location!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Muy buen trato de la señorita excelente Eylin no la cambié. De este lugarDecent service, not to much going on. And wasn’t to hard getting the clothes washed :)This is a nice clean place, very expensive but clean. I was having problems with the water being soapy, but now it doesn't happen if I pay for all the extras (time, water, rinse). That's what makes it expensive, but I like my clothes to be clean and not smelly from public washers, which they were before I started paying for all the extras. It is what it is since I can't do it at home.ALWAYS MACHINES AVAILABLE QUICK AND FAST‼️‼️I just moved here Very clean laundry , quiet and manager she is very sweet and helpful :)Best laundromat in CLT #1.This place is very clean and niceThis facility is always well maintained, staff keeps the place clean and sanitary.
