Laundry Unlimited is the best company I have ever used for my laundry they pick it up on time deliver it on time all the clothes are clean and smell spring fresh as a senior citizen 74 years old I do not know how I would make it without this company they are always so understanding and yes sometimes I forget when they're coming but they always send me a text reminding me they are definitely more than a five-star company they are more like a 10-star company anyone wanting laundry done should consider this company it is wonderful

One of the cleanest and well-run laundry mats I’ve ever been to. Helpful and friendly staff and every machine was operable which is rare. They even have desks with computer hookups. Highly recommend this place.

This is a clean & well managed laundrymat with attendants on duty. Common market is next door if you need to grab something to eat while doing your laundry. Set to pay with coins, credit card, or from your phone.

I want to thank & recognize Diana the attendant that works for laundry unlimited. She was very nice & helped me to transfer to this location, I washed & dried my clothes in no time, she was constantly cleaning, and it was clean.
I will definitely be going back 👍

My dryer developed some issues today and I had 2 loads to dry. What a pleasant surprise this place is. It's super clean. The machines look brand new. The young man who keeps it tidy was so helpful and the prices seem reasonable. They take cash, card or apple pay. It's conveniently located. Highly, highly recommend!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 1000/10

I don’t regularly use laundromats, but I had to today and wow… Laundry Unlimited absolutely blew me away.

This is hands down the cleanest, most organized laundromat I’ve ever been in. There are washer and dryer options for every size load, and every machine I saw was spotless.

One thing I thought was especially helpful was that they have signs on top of the washers showing how many loads each machine can handle. I’ve never seen that at another laundromat, and it makes it incredibly easy to choose the right machine without guessing or wasting money on one that’s too small or too large.

The employee working today deserves recognition. She has been constantly cleaning, organizing, helping customers, and staying busy the entire time I’ve been here. Friendly, professional, and clearly takes pride in her work.

The convenience is unmatched. You can pay with cash, card, swipe, or scan a QR code with your phone. There are vending machines for snacks, drinks, detergent, and laundry supplies, plus games, free Wi-Fi, TVs, folding stations, and plenty of seating.

What impressed me most was how organized everything is. Even their wash-and-fold service area is neatly labeled, folded, and arranged.

And somehow it’s still one of the most affordable laundromats I’ve been to.

If I had one suggestion, it would be adding air conditioning since the doors are open and it gets a little warm. That said, they have fans running and honestly everything else is so good it’s hard to complain.

This place sets the standard for what a laundromat should be. Clean, organized, affordable, and staffed by people who genuinely care.

Highly recommend.

Easily the nicest laundry mat I have ever used. I only use them temporarily when the home machines require service and my expectations have never been high with public laundry mats. Everyone Ive used has had at-least a few machines down, dirty spaces, felt over crowded or maybe had unusable restrooms.

This place looks new, has free working wifi, working charging stations, nice bathrooms, a few games, vending and wash/dry machines that ALL work. Doubt this place will ever feel crowded with all the machines preventing any wait times.

The dryers are reasonably priced and 45 mins was way over done on loads that easily fill a 30 gallon trash bag when done. Dried a large load of towels in 30 minutes. The GM, Angel is standup and professional. Can park right next to side door for easy loading plus the Supermarket is next door for more options .

This must be by far the best laundromat in the area! I walked out of there and I forgot I was walking out of a laundromat lol.

The place was spotless clean inside, Machines look good and updated. Friendly staff I was greeted by Leah she was excellent if there was an option to give 10 starts I would.

Leah was easy to communicate, gave me a breakdown of the prices.

Gave me an option to pick up y clothes same day or next. I choose Next day.

Next day pick up was smooth, they did a grate job I saw Leah again had my clothes ready for me. Smooth transaction I will visit here again.

First off want to give a massive THANK YOU to YESSI !!!! Her natural ability to be friendly, helpful, resourceful, kind, practical and sufficiently move quickly to make things happen is to be admired as this takes a special particular individual when working with customers acknowledged by her management team is a must without a doubt. Please keep in mind haven’t gone to a laundry place in years ++++++ didn’t know what to expect or how to operate the machines at all she helped me every step of the way till the end. Place was super clean and organized. Definitely, will come back soon again.

Been traveling for 8 weeks and fortunate to have found this spot. It was easy to hand them my bag of clothes and pick up outstandingly clean & crisply folded clothes the next day. Began doing laundry myself here with ease due to the high-tech machines and interface. Very much suggest coming here for a quick clean.

The washing machines vary in size and price but in my experience we're always clean and operated properly. Dryers are available in different sizes, and have always been clean and in good working order. You can pay with debit card or credit card. The actual space is clean with a few tvs, a children's corner for the kids and some seating. I've always felt safe. Food Lion is right next door so you can shop while your clothes dry. All in all a reasonable Laundromat experience.

My washer is broken (again), and because of the icy roads, no one can come service it. LAUNDRY UNLIMITED TO THE RESCUE! This place is SO nice and extremely clean and well-maintained, and the man working there, Angel, was incredibly helpful. It’s easy to pay with a card here (but if you love using quarters, you can do that, too). I did my own wash, but you can get full-service (even same day) if you want. Because my washer is terrible(and it seems like my neighborhood may not be clear for weeks), I will definitely be back. Thanks, Angel!

I really appreciate D’artagan he’s went out of his way to help me work the kiosk, I was having problems with my phone App, but he was patient with me and explained how I could pay for multiple dryers and washers at the same time.
Good job, Keep up the great work!

This is by far the best laundromat in Charlotte. I went to the location on Monroe road and was impressed with their washing machines and dryers which are brand new. There's a payment center which accepts cash and your card...just a quick reminder to record in your ledger the charges because the payment center doesn't print receipts. Great customer service and the staff particularly Shelia and Adam are awesome.

I am so pleased with the pick up, delivery, and wash and fold service! It feels like every week is a birthday when I receive my neatly stacked and folded (or hung) family's clothing, sheets, and towels. Being able to choose my detergent and wash temp is important and good for our laundry. Any questions and I've had quick follow-up with a phone call. I'm buying a smaller washer after our kitchen/laundry is renovated because I plan to continue the service.

If you have large items like comforters you know they are usually going to have to be washed at a laundromat which has large capacity washers and dryers. Laundry Unlimited hands down is the best laundromat! New washers and dryers, super clean, very nice waiting area. It's an upscale laundromat. They also offer wash/dry/fold services too and nice friendly helpful attendants. This is definitely the laundromat you want to use!!

Very clean facility with brand new washers and dryers by the look of them. You can pay with cash or card and it’s very convenient. Most importantly, Nicole was extremely helpful on my first visit ever to a public laundromat, she showed me all my options and helped me get the best service for my money. I would highly recommend Laundry Unlimited for your laundry needs.

They accept cash, debit/credit cards, coins. Very friendly staff to assist customers and the place is very clean. Smells good and have FREE WIFI for you to use while waiting on your cloths to CleanUp! Have plenty of tables and chairs for you to rest or wait. No wait time to load your cloths. I recommend it for everyone looking to wash/dry cloths. Very happy!

They have extra large washer and dryers for your huge comforters. Process are reasonable. The washer and dryers are fast. They have vending machines for both food and laundry supplies. If you prefer to pay in coins, they have a change maker. Alternatively, can download an app, use your card, or tap to pay. They have variety of neatly displayed magazines. They have outlets and plenty of seating if you need to plug in a laptop and get work done. There are plenty of staff onsite keeping the place spotless and answering questions. There bathrooms are very clean and well-stocked. This was much easier than washing clothes in the small stacked washer/dryer at home. If I lived in the area, I would visit regularly.

Ms. Nicole was very helpful in showing me how to use the machines and it is a very new laundry mat and the washers & dryers. are very clean as well as the whole facility.
It is a very pleasant atmosphere and it is nice to have staff on hand to assist if need to.
I will come back to do my laundry even though it is a little distance from where I live but it is worth it to feel safe and pleasant business .

Looked for a laundromat located here in Winston-Salem area and this was the highest rated one. The pictures looked ok, so I decided to try it.
Well I'm not disappointed at all, the establishment is very clean, well maintained and the two ladies that were there, were extremely, helpful and courteous. I would highly recommend this laundromat to everyone. It's a bit pricey but when you have lots of big things to wash~ the mission is to get it all done ✔️ 😀. SKY & NICOLE WERE AWSOME. I will be a returning customer 🙂

I moved to the area in November. I have been doing laundry once or twice a week at the Winston Salem location. I’m so impressed with the cleanliness and atmosphere. They offer great services. Nicole recently started working there and she is fantastic. She is very friendly and helpful. All the staff I have encountered work very hard but she is my favorite. I have a stressful job and I work a lot of hours. I find serenity coming here and all my laundry gets done at
once. Keep up the stellar work!

I usually dread going to laundry mat but Monroe rd location in Charlotte is so clean and is actually so clean , Krista (not sure if I spelled her name right , my apologies ) is always cleaning and keeping the place so tidy and clean and welcoming and inviting ! Thanks to her I no longer dread knocking the trip off my to do list ! Super sweet and honestly I won’t go to another location and thanks to her I don’t have to buy a comforter I can’t wash at home - I usually don’t leave nice reviews but this young lady deserves a raise and I think is the reason I even continued to visit them !!! The best location to go to because of her !

I am a massage therapist and recently ditched the last laundry mat for filth and poor customer service. I have been trying out different places. I read the reviews to Laundry Unlimited and figured I would try it out . The first thing I appreciated was the automatic sliding doors . No holding the handle pushing in or out trying to get in with a huge bag of laundry . The second thing I noticed was how bright and clean it was . Very clean . There are places to sit with a nice size tvs, and vending machines . The third thing was the service . I was greeted with a smile from Krysta . She explained everything to as far as how to add money the machines (it requires an app) and gave me a quote on the wash and fold service . This place is has large washers and dryers and the energy is very welcoming . I can’t even call this place a laundromat. This is an upscale Washateria . They have officially gained my business . 20 stars .

Super-clean, advanced laundromat made life so much easier while my laundry room was being moved. D’Artagnan was extremely helpful as well, expediting our learning process with the technologies in use. 3, 4, 6, and 8-load washers accommodate any size load.

Spring Cleaning has arrived! This means time to wash a mountain of rugs and bedding. Given that my duvets and mattress pads probably are too fat to fit into my washing machine, it meant going out to the nearest laundromat and taking advantage of their giant industrial washing machines!

I came across Laundry Unlimited, and it's probably the nicest laundromat I've ever been to!!!

First of all it's modern, so you don't need to lug around quarters!!! Second, the facility itself was extremely clean, and there was an attendant on site if you needed help. Even walking into the establishment was easy - imagine they have wide sliding doors that automatically open, so you're not having to juggle bags and try to open the door simultaneously!

Pricing was a little more expensive than your average laundromat, but in my opinion it was worth it, to be able to do your laundry in a spacious and clean environment.

One important thing to note, the laundromats are high tech now! They have touch screen, and it's best to install the Speed Queen App on your phone before coming here. I admit it did take me like 2 minutes to get everything set up.

You can add a payment method, then you add funds to the app. There is a vending machine where you can also pay by cash as well.

You will need to go into the App and select the Machine number. You can either start by selecting options through your phone or on the touch screen.

There are the usual settings and options for Temperature, Washing Type etc. I loved that they had a bedding option!

All in all, if I have bulky items for washing, I'm coming here!!!

This was my first time using this laundromat and I must say i was so pleasantly surprised and pleased at the ease of using everything. The staff member i met was so friendly and helpful. The facility was very clean, the machines looked new and worked perfectly. The cost was definitely worth it. I especially liked not having to plugging quarters in the dryers endlessly. Doing laundry is not my favorite thing to do but I will now use this laundromat for its comfort, cleanliness and service.

Absolutely pristine laundry mat. It smells good, everything is clean and most importantly, I feel safe. Easy and fast get to from the Aquatic Center and Coliseum. Very convenient location. Really cool app to run the machines, pay without a pocket full of coins and tracks your machine time! Manager was so friendly and helpful!! Highly recommend.

Clean, new, nice owner!! Download the app for a nice surprise before washing!!! Pleasantly surprised by this laundromat and owner. This experience made me happy during my travels just like clean laundry does.
The machines also wash for a decent amount of time to ensure clean laundry. Plus, plus, plus!!!
